 Bill Gates made an appearance on The Daily Show last night to help promote Windows Vista. If you missed it, you can still check out the video on YouTube. I was surprised that Vista was not demoed whatsoever during the show -- not that The Daily Show is the most appropriate place for a product demo, but it just seemed odd considering he usually spends a few minutes talking seriously with other guests about their books, movies, etc. All in all it's good for a few laughs, but hard to say if it was beneficial at all marketing-wise. |
