| Sony May Lose Dual Shock Patent Infringement Case |

 I've been trying not to recycle too much news that appears on the big news sites (DIGG, Slashdot, etc), but this was news-worthy enough to comment on.
Sony just lost some more ground in the patent infringement case they've been fighting with Immersion over the dual shock controller. A judge has denied Sony's plea to overturn a patent infringement verdict that could potentially shut down sales of the PlayStation game console.
This could be mean very bad news for Sony if they have to pull their system bundles and dual shock controllers that violate the patent off of store shelves. More on this here. |
